OrderFlow is a mobile business manager built for home kitchens, cloud restaurants, and local sellers who run their sales over WhatsApp. Owners log every order, move it through a clear pipeline from pending to delivered, manage their product catalog and inventory, record payments, and send branded receipts to customers — all backed by a real-time dashboard and automated daily summaries.

The story.

Most small sellers run their whole business out of a WhatsApp inbox, orders, payments, and customer chats all tangled in one scroll. It works until it doesn't: missed orders, forgotten payments, and no real sense of how the month is actually going. OrderFlow was built to bring order to that chaos without forcing anyone off the tool they already use.

The app turns a phone into a lightweight back office. Every order moves through a clear pipeline from pending to delivered, customers are one tap away by call or WhatsApp, and a branded receipt goes out automatically. Behind the scenes, a real-time dashboard answers the questions owners actually care about: how many orders today, how much revenue, what's still unpaid, while a catalog with stock levels and low-stock alerts keeps inventory honest.
