Manazil Al Haramain - Multi-Tenant Travel Agency CRM & Marketplace

Manazil Al Haramain was built to solve the challenge of managing multiple travel agencies, customers, and complex Hajj and Umrah booking operations within a single scalable platform.

The goal was to create a marketplace where licensed agencies could showcase packages, manage customers, process bookings, track payments, and operate their businesses through dedicated dashboards.

The platform was architected as a multi-tenant SaaS solution using Next.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL. Role-based access control and Row-Level Security ensure complete data separation between agencies while maintaining a seamless user experience.

The system includes customer, agency, and admin dashboards with booking workflows, payment management, commission calculations, invoices, disputes, analytics, and audit tracking.

AI capabilities powered by Google Gemini were integrated to provide intelligent customer support, natural-language analytics, passport data extraction, and automated translation features.

Additional improvements included multilingual support for English, Urdu, and Arabic, RTL compatibility, SEO optimization, security hardening, and interactive mapping features.

The final result is a production-ready travel management ecosystem that combines marketplace functionality, CRM capabilities, automation, and AI-powered intelligence into one unified platform.
